Beschreibung des Angebots

This Master prepares graduates to be in the best position to kickstart their career in a various hospitality management functions. The program combines advanced hospitality knowledge with real-world experience. It teaches the theory behind service model strategies and give an opportunity to apply the student’s knowledge through live projects and an internship in a real hospitality setting

Master in Hospitality Management is an internationally recognized MSc qualification. Students will have a choice of two academic routes: F&B management, or hospitality finance, real estate and consulting. These routes enable the students to specialize through their studies.

Organisation des études

Semester 1: Hospitality and Service Management Courses

Students gain an understanding of key hospitality business principles. Learn service business design, talent management, financial controls, customer centricity and leadership skills. ECourses in academic research and writing will prepare them to succeed during the next phases of their studies.

Semester 2 :

Food and Beverage in Hospitality : Explore innovation in food and beverage concepts and service and learn how to manage operations cost-effectively without compromising on quality. Students will also take part in a culinary business field trip and the food and beverage concept week to broaden their awareness.

OR

Hospitality Finance, Real Estate and Consulting  : Learn how to manage a hotel as an investment that delivers value to stakeholders. Students will also gain an understanding of financial consulting, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions from a hospitality point of view.

Semester 3 :

Capstone Thesis : The applied research project challenges the student to address a managerial complexity in the hospitality sector.

Professional Immersion : To inform their research with context and insights, students will take part in a minimum 12- week professional immersion project.

Le master représente le second diplôme universitaire après le bachelor et équivaut généralement à l’acquisition de 90 à 120 crédits ECTS.

Zulassung

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 6 months work experience in the hospitality industry is required
  • For non-native English speakers : Cambridge Level: C1 or higher ; IELTS Level: 7 ; TOEFL Level: IBT 100 ; Pearson Level: 65
