Beschreibung des Angebots

Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) ist eine Nachdiplomausbildung der Hochschulen und entspricht mindestens 10 ECTS-Punkten. Dieses CAS verlangt 15 ECTS-Punkte.

The programme equips students with the knowledge and skills to adress global development challenges. The CAS strengthens the technical and methodological skills of professionals working in international development or a related field, including sustainable development, corporate social responsibility or migration.

Study Programme

The CAS ETH GCSD programme includes both specialized courses on sustainable development and methodological courses on project management and evaluation.

Two compulsory courses offer participants the opportunity to develop a basic knowledge of state-of-the-art project management and participate in contemporary discussions on sustainable development. For the remaining ten ECTS points, students choose from 30 different courses to customize their study programme according to their interests and needs. To obtain the CAS ETH GCSD, all six courses must be completed within three years.

Aufbau der Ausbildung

1 ECTS-Kreditpunkt entspricht einem Aufwand von 25-30 Arbeitsstunden.
