Master of Business Administration (MBA) ist eine Nachdiplomausbildung der Hochschulen und entspricht mindestens 60 ECTS. 

This MBA is developed to provide students with a special set of skills, and expertise in the field of International Management. In today’s dynamic marketplace, successful working professionals must be innovative and entrepreneurial, combining a general knowledge of business functions with specific skills in their area of responsibility. The Flex MBA program allows students to keep their full-time job while studying and lets them apply the knowledge directly in the workplace.

The MBA consists of the following 12 modules:

• Sustainable Finance & Accounting
• International Sustainable Business
• International Business Finance
• Corporate Strategy and Innovation
• Leadership & Business Ethics
• Corporate Social Responsibility & Business Law
• Global Supply Chain & Project Management          
• Economic for Decision Makers
• Online course: Research Methods & Data Science

Each participant must write a Thesis.

Personal development and career coaching are one of the essential elements of the program. Special tools such as personal coaching sessions, MBA-Exchange, and other tools are used on an individual basis.

1 ECTS-Kreditpunkt entspricht einem Arbeitsaufwand von 25-30 Arbeitsstunden.
