Beschreibung des Angebots

Master of Business Administration (MBA) ist eine Nachdiplomausbildung der Hochschulen und entspricht mindestens 60 ECTS. 

This MBA is developed to provide students with a special set of skills, and expertise in the field of International Management. In today’s dynamic marketplace, successful working professionals must be innovative and entrepreneurial, combining a general knowledge of business functions with specific skills in their area of responsibility. The Flex MBA program allows students to keep their full-time job while studying and lets them apply the knowledge directly in the workplace.

The MBA consists of the following 15 modules:

• MGT 536 – Leadership and Organizational Change M
• BUS 511 – Corporate Social Responsibility & Business Law
• MHR 501 – Strategic HRM
• MGT 503 – Global Supply Chain and Project Management
• MIS 502 – Digital Transformation
• STR 502 – Corporate Strategy and Innovation (
• THE 501 -Thesis THE501

Each participant must write a Thesis.

Personal development and career coaching are one of the essential elements of the program. Special tools such as personal coaching sessions, MBA-Exchange, and other tools are used on an individual basis.

Aufbau der Ausbildung

1 ECTS-Kreditpunkt entspricht einem Arbeitsaufwand von 25-30 Arbeitsstunden.
