Compliance Management

Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) ist eine Nachdiplomausbildung der Hochschulen und entspricht mindestens 10 ECTS-Punkten. Dieses CAS verlangt 15 ECTS-Punkte.

This CAS aims to provide current and future compliance officers with an introduction to relevant areas of the working methods of persons in the function of a compliance officer. 

Contents:

Modul 1: Compliance Setup

• Define / Establish Compliance: Strategic Requirements, Risk Management, Polices and Organization
• Prevent / Promote: Prevention and Promotion, Information Technology
• Detect: Controlling, Reporting, Documentation, Whistleblowing, Auditing
• Respond / Remediate
• Investigations, Remediation

Modul 2: Implementation Management – Workshops on Core Compliance Areas

• Workshops: Management Responsibility and Liability
• Psychology and Compliance
• Workshop: Insurance
• Workshop: Anticorruption / Antifraud

Duration: 30 half-days (Friday and Saturday afternoons) on 16 weekends 

• Master’s degree in law or economics
• Relevant work experience
• Exceptionally candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or a comparable qualification as well as specific professional experience can be accepted

Zielpublikum

• Prospective and existing compliance officers,
• In-house lawyers and economists who wish to improve their professional qualifications with regard to compliance management, with a special focus on international compliance issues.
