What the program looks like
The MAS in Humanitarian Action targets professionals in humanitarian, development, peace, and crisis-response sectors. The programme examines humanitarian systems through interdisciplinary and evidence-based perspectives. It addresses polycrises, climate change, health emergencies, digital transformations, and humanitarian diplomacy. Participants study AI ethics, conflict-related sexual violence, negotiation, strategic communication, project management, systems thinking, and people-centred programming. A final research project supports critical analysis of humanitarian practice and reform.
Admission
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a Swiss or foreign university;
- At least two years of relevant professional experience;
- Excellent command of English (minimum required level is C1)
